Essence Series custom windows are a true wood window enveloped by a tough, durable fiberglass frame. Interiors are available in clear Douglas fir, natural pine or primed pine. Seal or stain the natural pine or fir to complement the wood finishes in your home. Or go with primed wood and paint the color of your choice.
The fiberglass exterior is available in 16 designer colors. We apply the paint using the latest advances in powder coat finishing technology (also used in aerospace and automotive applications.) This makes it more durable than conventional finishes, providing increased protection against fading, chipping and scrapes.
Picture windows are available in casement/awning and double hung/slider frames that create a clean, consistent look when used with the matching operating style.

Essence Series windows come with the option of our patented Milgard® SmartTouch® lock or a traditional spoon lock. Folding nesting operating handles and slim line sash locks are standard on casements and awnings. Double hung and slider windows come with integrated tilt latches.
Essence Series windows and patio doors offer frame trim kits that are specifically made for the Essence Series. Available in all 16 exterior colors, options include Flush or Mitered joints in Flat Casing or Brickmould.
We will repair or replace any defect in materials or workmanship and will pay the costs of all parts and labor for as long as the purchaser owns their home. We extend this warranty for 10 years from the start date in the event that you sell your home. Essence Series windows also come standard with Glass Breakage Coverage.
